Returns
We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging and documentation.
- Custom, engraved, or resized pieces are non-refundable.
- Earrings must be unworn in sealed packaging.
- Final sale items and altered/damaged pieces are not eligible.
How to Return:
- Contact us at customercare@tatediamonds.com to start your return.
- We’ll provide a prepaid, insured return label via shipping provider.
- Securely package your item with all original materials.
- Ship using the provided label.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be in original packaging.
- Items must be in new, unused condition.
- Items must include the original hangtag.
- Returns not meeting these conditions will be rejected and returned to the sender.
Return Conditions:
- Processed within 7–14 business days of receiving your return.
- Issued to the original payment method.
- Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.
