Returns

We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging and documentation.
  • Custom, engraved, or resized pieces are non-refundable.
  • Earrings must be unworn in sealed packaging.
  • Final sale items and altered/damaged pieces are not eligible.

How to Return:

  • Contact us at customercare@tatediamonds.com to start your return.
  • We’ll provide a prepaid, insured return label via shipping provider.
  • Securely package your item with all original materials.
  • Ship using the provided label.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be in original packaging.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition.
  • Items must include the original hangtag.
  • Returns not meeting these conditions will be rejected and returned to the sender.

Return Conditions:

  • Processed within 7–14 business days of receiving your return.
  • Issued to the original payment method.
  • Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.
